NIA Kogi State Chapter to Commemorate World Architecture Day
The Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) Kogi State Chapter will commemorate World Architecture Day on October 6, 2025. The event will take place at the Conference Hall, Kogi State Ministry of Transport Lokoja, Marine Road, at 10:30 am prompt.
Themed “Design for Strength” with a sub-theme “A Catalyst for Sustainable Housing Development in Lokoja, Kogi State,” the celebration promises to be a significant gathering of industry professionals. The event will feature seminars, site tours, cultural dance, and a syndicate session.
Guest of Honor, Hon. Taiye Abanikah, Kogi State Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, will be joined by distinguished guest speakers, including Arc. Dr. Muhammed A. MNIA, Arc. Dr. Jubril A. Olanusi MNIA, and Tpl. Joy Oyiza Obadoba (PhD Researcher).
