Rt. Hon. Kabiru Alasan Rurum, the esteemed member representing Rano, Kibiya, and Bunkure Federal Constituency of Kano State, is widely celebrated for his exemplary leadership, integrity, and unwavering dedication to the well-being of his people. A son of the ancient city of Rano, Hon. Rurum is a politician and businessman whose commitment to service continues to inspire and uplift his constituency. Described as a man of good character, moral dedication, and wisdom, he has become a beacon of hope for the less privileged.

Since assuming office, Hon. Kabiru Alasan Rurum has made significant strides in improving the quality of life in his constituency, because he achieved a lot include addressing a critical need, he has facilitated the construction of boreholes and other water projects to ensure access to clean drinking water,
through strategic initiatives, he has improved road networks, enhancing connectivity and economic opportunities in the region.
