Yagba West Agog As Hon. Pius Kolawole Receives Okun United For Ododo In Egbe

It was a triumphant entry for Okun United For Ododo as they stormed Egbe in Yagba West Local Government Area in the pursuit of their house to house and Local Government Areas tour of Okun Nation for the Victory of the APC Governorship candidate, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo in the forthcoming Kogi state Governorship election.

Receiving them in Egbe, the chairman of Yagba West, Hon. Pius Kolawole said the group is the most notable and formidable body working tirelessly for the actualisation and victory of the APC in Okun Nation, stressing that it is all over for the Opposition PDP with the caliber of the people who has left the party to join the ruling APC in the local government area.

Speaking at the palace of Elegbe of Egbe land, the Cordinator of Okun United For Ododo, Cmdr. Jerry Omodara noted that Okun Nation should unite and support Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo from Kogi Central because of the long standing relationship and for the sake of Okun future aspiration.

On his part, the Director General of Okun United For Ododo, Hon. Alfred Bello call on the need for Okun people to support the Government in power so that Okun will continue to be relevant in the scheme of things at both the state and federal level.

Hon. Alfred Bello noted that the aspiration and agitation of Okun Nation as a minority group can only be achieved through the ruling party and called for a proper negotiation with the power that be so that Okun will not miss the opportunity to other minority group within the Senatorial district who are quietly watching and observing them with keen interest

Main while, the Secretary General, Okun United For Ododo, Hon. Philips Orebiyi described Okun traditional rulers as sensitive to the plights of their people, urged them on the need to guide the electorates and their subjects rightly by voting massively for APC candidate, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo in the forthcoming Governorship election.

While responding, the Elegbe of Egbe acknowledged the group objective analysis and promised to work in their direction, noting that this is the first time ever, Okun will be united for a course.

In his remark, the Zonal Director of Okun United For Ododo, Hon. Eric Fiki thanked the traditional rulers for their patience, promised that the group will not mislead them as the group, he noted, are men and women with proven integrity who has the capacity and experience to guide the people of Okun Nation
