The Certified Institute of Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Education (CIEEE) has conferred its highest membership honour and Special Award on the Vice-Chancellor of Kogi State University, Kabba.

During the brief but impactful event, the President of the Institute, Professor John Alabi, presented an official Certificate of Confirmation to Professor Kehinde Eniola in recognition of his outstanding commitment to promoting entrepreneurship-driven education within the university system.

Professor Alabi also presented a first-of-its-kind Dictionary of Entrepreneurship to the Vice-Chancellor. He described the publication as a groundbreaking academic resource designed to deepen entrepreneurial understanding among scholars, students, and practitioners. He added that the gesture reflects the Institute’s confidence in the university’s emerging leadership in innovation and enterprise education.

In his response, Professor Eniola thanked the Institute for the recognition, noting that entrepreneurship is not merely about arts and crafts, but about diligently identifying problems, applying training to proffer solutions, and generating revenue in the process.

He further pledged to strengthen the partnership between Kogi State University, Kabba and the Institute in a way that would be mutually beneficial.
