I want to deeply appreciate the tenacity, strong resolve, sleepless nights and the total selflessness of our Kabiyesi, The Obaro of KABBA, on the journey before now that has now culminated into the approval and establishment of a university in Kabba town.
My Kabiyesi, no doubt God has smiled on you and heard your prayers. Your reign has brought in notable and tremendous developments to Owe land, both in human and capital capacities. Thank you Kabiyesi, for your unrelenting efforts, phone calls, state visits, lobbies and pleas, that was geared towards our success song today, KSUK! I pray that more and greater things of benefits to us, will continue to find their ways into kabba during your rain. Long live the Kabiyesi, the Obaro of Kabba.

I also thank other notable and patriotic personalities, who also put in their bests in seeing to the approval and establishment of KSUK. Some of these Patriots are: KDU President-General, Commissioners for Education and Finance, etc, too many to mention.
