Now That the Storm Is Over, Let Us Unite Behind Tinubu, Ododo, Karimi and Salman

Fellow APC Members in Kogi and Across Nigeria,

The primaries are over. The debates, the contests, the campaigns within our own house have come to an end. As with every family, disagreements are normal. But the strength of the All Progressives Congress has always been our ability to close ranks when the contest is done and face the future as one.

The Time for Division Has Passed
Elections within a party will always produce winners and those who must wait for another day. But the ticket is not for one person alone — it belongs to the APC. To fight on after the primaries is to weaken the very platform that gave us the opportunity to serve. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu , Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, Senator Sunday Karimi and Hon Salman Idris are now the standard bearers of our party at the national and state levels. To stand against them is to stand against the APC.

Why We Must Unite Behind Tinubu/Ododo/Karimi/Salman
President Tinubu carries the Renewed Hope agenda — the plan to rebuild our economy, secure our nation, and restore dignity to every Nigerian. Governor Ododo carries the mandate to continue the good work in Kogi State, to deepen development, and to protect the gains we have made.

If we remain divided, the opposition gains. If we unite, APC becomes unstoppable. Our unity is the guarantee that Kogi will remain in the progressive fold, and that Nigeria will continue on the path of reform and growth.

A Call to Every Member
To those who contested and did not win: your contributions matter. The party needs your experience, your structure, and your voice. Come to the table.
To those who won: reach out with humility. Victory means nothing if the house is broken.
To every ward chairman, youth leader, women’s leader, and grassroots mobilizer: this is the moment to mobilize, not to mourn. Carry the message of unity to every polling unit.

United We Stand, Divided We Fall
The opposition is watching. They are hoping the storm inside APC will scatter us. Let us disappoint them. Let us show that APC is bigger than any individual ambition. Let us show that discipline, loyalty, and party supremacy still matter.

The primaries were the storm. Now comes the work.

Conclusion: One Party, One Goal
Let us sheath our swords, shake hands, and march forward together. For the sake of Kogi, for the sake of Nigeria, let us unite behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, Senator Sunday Karimi and Hon Salman Idris.

APC! One Family. One Future. Tinubu/Ododo/Karimi/Salman 2027.
