Adamu Ibn Adamu Receives Prestigious IBDFM Fellowship Award
By Ahiaba Douglas

The Chief Executive Officer of Manzuwa Global Service Limited, Adamu Ibn Adamu, has been conferred with the prestigious Fellowship of the Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management (IBDFM) — the Institute’s highest professional grade.

The honour was bestowed during the IBDFM’s 82nd Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD), Induction and Investiture Ceremony, held on Saturday, September 27, 2020, at Novare Central Mall, Hall 3, Wuse Zone 5, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Adamu was celebrated alongside other distinguished Nigerians for his exceptional contributions to business diplomacy, financial management, and nation building. The award is a recognition of his consistent leadership, entrepreneurial excellence, and innovative efforts to address Nigeria’s housing deficit.

In his remarks, Adamu expressed deep gratitude, describing the fellowship as a powerful validation of his professional journey.

“This recognition is exhilarating. It highlights the impact of my business and entrepreneurial efforts, and it challenges me to further deepen my skills in business diplomacy and financial management — especially through innovation aimed at serving humanity,” he said.

Beyond the ceremony, the award cements Adamu’s growing reputation as a respected entrepreneur, philanthropist, and employer of labour. His work has touched various sectors, especially real estate, where he has pioneered affordable housing initiatives for low and middle-income earners in the Abuja metropolis and beyond.

A distinguished alumnus of Police Secondary School, Minna, and the University of Abuja, where he earned a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Adamu also holds a certificate in Islamic Finance (Sukuk) and has participated in various trainings and conferences both locally and internationally.

His professional journey began at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), where he served with distinction before transitioning into full-time entrepreneurship. Taking over the family enterprise, Manzuwa Ventures Limited, he transformed it into a thriving company—Manzuwa Global Service Limited—driven by innovation, community impact, and a bold vision for the future.

Through his leadership, Adamu has built a legacy of resilience, consistency, and nation-focused enterprise, earning several leadership awards and recognition across sectors. He is known for diversifying into multiple ventures while maintaining a strong commitment to social value creation.

The IBDFM Fellowship Award marks a significant milestone in Adamu Ibn Adamu’s journey—a journey that continues to inspire young Nigerians to dream big, work hard, and contribute meaningfully to national development.

Adamu Ibn Adamu is not just an entrepreneur; he is a visionary builder, leader, and patriot — a proud son of Niger State and Nigeria whose story exemplifies what’s possible when determination meets opportunity
